AN ETHIOPIAN intelligence officer was shot dead by unidentified militants during an attack in the city of Hargeysa in Somalia’s Woqooyi Galbeed region in the autonomous region of Somaliland on 11 December, Radio Kulmiye reported. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
